Arminda Ferguson is an experienced immigration attorney with more than 30 years of dedicated practice in the field of U.S. immigration law. She is a graduate of the University of Texas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree, and the Texas A&M School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. She is admitted to practice law by the State Bar of Texas.
Throughout her three decades of legal practice, Ms. Ferguson has represented clients in a wide spectrum of immigration matters, including family‑based immigration, employment‑based petitions, and complex removal (deportation) defense. She has appeared on behalf of clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), advocating for individuals and families navigating some of the most challenging stages of the immigration process.
