Arminda Ferguson has dedicated her law practice exclusively to Immigration and Nationality Law since 1999. She investigates the law and current revisions of the law to analyze each case individually to determine which immigration law and process applies best to each client for their benefit. After the first consultation, Arminda will let the potential client know what steps are necessary to receive the benefits requested or available. Her goal is to provide the finest immigration services possible for individuals, families and businesses. The Ferguson Immigration Law offices and staff have established a reputation of expertise in Immigration Law and a high level of customer service to clients and the legal community.

Arminda earned a Bachelor degree from the University of Texas and graduated from Texas Wesleyan School of Law. She is member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas and, as such, is authorized to practice U.S. Immigration and Nationality law throughout the United States and its territories. Arminda is also a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) and the Midsouth Chapter liaison to USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) and US ICE (United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Arminda has also made various Immigration Law presentations for the American Bar Association, where she is a member, and, she has been a guest speaker at NWACC (Northwest Arkansas Community College) and has taught Introduction to Immigration Law classes.
