Amber Smith

Immigration Attorney

Amber Smith joined Ferguson Immigration Law firm in April of 2009 as an associate attorney. Her interest and choice of law practice is with Immigration and Nationality Law. Amber has a unique insight into the needs of the immigration community and clientele through her previous work with a non-profit organization based in Central America and a passion to assist others with her law practice work. She uses this experience and an understanding of the current immigration law to analyze client cases to identify the applicable immigration law that best serves each client.

Amber earned a Bachelor Degree from the University of Arkansas with a double major in Political Science and Criminal Justice. She graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law with a Juris Doctorate. Amber is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Arkansas and Colorado, and, as such is authorized to practice U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law throughout the United States and its territories. She is also a member of AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association), ABA (American Bar Association), and the Arkansas Bar Association.
